I create my charcuterie boxes and boards from the comfort of my own home in Pendergrass, GA (Near Jefferson). I offer local delivery. If you are not local to Pendergrass, GA or surrounding counties, a small fee may apply at request for deliver outside of this area.

Depending on the size of the order, it takes me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours! When placing an order, we require at least 24 hours' notice. This insures what we have everything on hand that you're requesting.

You can choose from our favorite meats and cheeses, and you can also request others when available. Meats include salami (hard, Genoa, Italian dry, peppered, Calabrese, soppressata, and coppa), hot options like hot coppa, hot Calabrese, hot capicola, and pepperoni, plus prosciutto and summer sausage. Cheese options include Manchego, goat cheese (garlic herb, plain, blueberry, honey, cranberry orange, and cranberry cinnamon), Merlot Bellavitano, Gouda (smoked and spinach artichoke), dill Havarti, Brie, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and blue cheese.

All of my boards and boxes are kept refrigerated until pick up as well as traveling in an insulated cooler with icepacks during delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time I am only able to offer local delivery in the State of Georgia. (I serve areas of Gwinnett, Hall, Barrow and Jackson Counties. A Fee may apply for a special request outside of these counties)
